Position Summary:


We're seeking a Technical Delivery Manager (TDM) to lead the orchestration and successful execution of complex, cross-functional technical initiatives. This role is essential in translating strategic objectives into actionable delivery plans,

ensuring alignment across internal teams, external vendors, and executive stakeholders. The ideal candidate brings deep technical fluency, strong leadership, and a track record of managing multifaceted delivery environments across multiple

partners and technology platforms.


Responsibilities

• Translate strategic goals into executable workstreams across diverse technical and operational teams.

• Drive execution of delivery milestones across key stakeholders.

• Build consensus among stakeholders and ensure smooth transfers between internal and external vendor resources.

• Apply knowledge of software development lifecycles, cloud platforms, DevSecOps pipelines, and infrastructure- as-code concepts.

• Navigate organizational constraints such as onboarding delays, regulatory hurdles, or cloud platform outages.

• Proactively identify roadblocks and delivery risks; implement mitigation strategies to maintain delivery continuity.

• Prioritize effectively, adapt to evolving project demands, and navigate constraints (e.g., onboarding surges, bug remediation delays, or cloud outages).

• Escalate issues proactively to maintain alignment and delivery integrity.

• Interface directly with executive leadership, internal teams, and external vendors with tailored communication styles for technical standups, user support scenarios, or escalation meetings.


Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Business, IT Management).

• 8–10 years of experience managing large-scale DoD IT programs.

• Proven track record in program or delivery management roles within complex IT environments.

• Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and regulatory compliance frameworks.

• Experience with architecture, development, compliance, or large-scale tech delivery programs.

• Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.

• Strategic thinker with tactical execution capabilities.

• Highly self-motivated, detail-oriented, and accountable.

• Comfortable managing multiple priorities and stakeholder expectations in a dynamic environment.

• Willingness to travel up to 20%, based on client needs.

• Familiarity with government and defense IT requirements, including relevant cybersecurity regulations.


Desired Qualifications

• 6+ years in Program/Project/Delivery Management, preferably within technology consulting or enterprise IT.

• Master’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Certifications such as PMP, Agile/Scrum, or ITIL.
