Job description

1. Technical Delivery Manager (Scrum Master)

Location: Addison, TX | On-site, 5 days/week
Type: Full-time

About the Role
We are seeking a hands-on Technical Delivery Manager to be the connective tissue between our engineering teams and our business partners.

This is a delivery role — not a process role. You will own the rhythm of delivery across multiple concurrent initiatives spanning development, automation, and data platforms.

What You'll Do

  • Run Agile ceremonies across multiple squads (standups, sprint planning, retrospectives, backlog refinement)
  • Own delivery commitments, burndowns, dependencies, and risk surfacing for 3–5 concurrent initiatives
  • Partner with engineering leads, business sponsors, and product owners to translate roadmap into executable sprints
  • Drive transparency: dashboards, status, escalation paths, and steering committee reporting
  • Improve our SDLC discipline — release management, change control, audit-ready documentation in a HIPAA environment
  • Remove blockers, manage stakeholder expectations, and protect engineering focus

What We're Looking For

  • 7+ years in software delivery; 4+ years as a Scrum Master / Delivery Manager in a technical engineering organization
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM, PSM) or equivalent; SAFe experience a plus
  • Demonstrated ownership of multi-team delivery in a regulated environment (HIPAA, SOC 2, PCI, or similar)
  • Strong Jira / Azure DevOps fluency; comfort building metrics, dashboards, and executive reporting
  • Background in Healthcare or regulated-industry environments strongly preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication — you'll work directly with senior business leaders
