Job Title: Technical Delivery Manager

Job Summary: We seek a highly skilled and experienced Technical Delivery Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee our Transport Management System (TMS) development and implementation. This role requires a strong technical background, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to collaborate with various departments to achieve project goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Agile Project Management: Lead the development and implementation of the TMS project, ensuring it meets business goals and objectives. Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
  • Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and support to the development team. Ensure the use of best practices in coding, testing, and deployment.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders, including marketing, IT, and customer service departments, to gather requirements and ensure successful project delivery.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct code reviews, implement security best practices, and ensure the quality and reliability of the software.
  • Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation, including user guides, developer guides, and API documentation.
  • Continuous Improvement: Actively collect feedback from users and contributors, and plan iterative enhancements through an open, transparent roadmap.
  • Security Management: Track data access and system changes, retain logs, and regularly review and patch security vulnerabilities.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
