Required
  • 12+ years leading large-scale technology delivery programs.
  • 5+ years in senior delivery leadership roles.
  • Proven experience leading complex infrastructure, data center, cloud, or platform modernization programs.
  • Experience managing multimillion-dollar programs and budgets.
  • Strong executive presence with demonstrated customer-facing leadership.
  • Experience leading large matrixed teams across engineering, consulting, and operations.
  • Demonstrated success managing executive escalations and high-visibility customer engagements.
  • Strong understanding of program governance, delivery methodologies, risk management, and operational excellence.
Strongly Preferred
  • Data center deployment experience.
  • AI infrastructure, GPU, or HPC delivery experience.
  • Cloud platform delivery experience (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Experience supporting large enterprise or global client environments.

Certain states and localities require employers to post a reasonable estimate of salary range. A reasonable estimate of the current base pay range for this position is $190,000.00 to $220,000.00 annually. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors, including shift, location, experience, skill set, performance, licensure and certification, and business needs. The range for this position in other geographic locations may differ. Certain positions may also be eligible for variable incentive compensation, such as bonuses or commissions, that is not included in thebasepay.

Overview

The Senior Technical Delivery Manager is responsible for leading large-scale infrastructure, data center, AI, and high-performance compute (HPC) programs for one of WWT's strategic clients. This role serves as the executive point of accountability for delivery execution, customer satisfaction, financial performance, risk management, and operational excellence.

Key ResponsibilitiesClient Leadership & Relationship Management
  • Serve as the primary delivery leader and trusted advisor for strategic client engagements.
  • Build strong relationships with executive stakeholders and technology leaders.
  • Lead executive governance meetings, program reviews, and escalation management activities.
  • Provide proactive communication regarding program health, risks, dependencies, and outcomes.
