A reasonable estimate of the current base pay range for this position is $200,000.00 to $220,000.00 annually. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors, including shift, location, experience, skill set, performance, licensure and certification, and business needs. The range for this position in other geographic locations may differ. Certain positions may also be eligible for variable incentive compensation, such as bonuses or commissions, that is not included in thebasepay.

Overview

The Sr. Technical Delivery Manager is responsible for driving successful outcomes across complex customer environments and large-scale technology programs.

This role is not a traditional PMO position.

The ideal candidate has a strong track record of owning delivery outcomes, managing executive stakeholder relationships, establishing governance, mitigating risk, and ensuring successful execution across multiple workstreams and delivery teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead delivery across complex enterprise transformation initiatives
  • Establish governance structures, operating cadence, and executive communication plans
  • Manage program risks, issues, escalations, and dependencies
  • Partner with customer executives, business stakeholders, architects, consultants, engineers, and sales teams
  • Facilitate executive reviews, steering committee meetings, QBRs, and delivery governance sessions
  • Drive accountability across multiple teams and workstreams
  • Manage financial performance, resource planning, staffing considerations, and delivery forecasts
  • Improve delivery predictability, operational effectiveness, and customer satisfaction
  • Identify opportunities to create additional customer value through successful delivery execution
