Job description

Entarian is seeking a Technical Delivery Manager to drive project delivery, coordinate resources and dependencies, facilitate communication between the client and specialists, manage risks, track progress and ensure quality and knowledge transfer. This role is accountable for the program’s overall delivery: ensuring that timelines, deliverables, and client expectations are met. The Technical Delivery Manager must be highly skilled at team leadership, coordination, and client engagement.

Key Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
  • Lead a multidisciplinary team of technical professionals (Automation Engineers, IT Engineers, and Cloud Engineers) to deliver a comprehensive modernization and security enhancement program.
  • Act as the primary liaison between Entarian, the client, and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment on schedules, priorities, and expectations.

  • Facilitate program planning sessions, stand-ups, and status reviews; ensure progress is visible and risks are escalated.

  • Partner with technical experts to translate requirements and findings into actionable work streams.

  • Track program milestones, deliverables, and dependencies using Jira and other program management tools.

  • Ensure quality, timeliness, and consistency in deliverables, including documentation, reports, and presentations.

  • Support creation and adherence to a shared team charter and values-driven way of working.

  • Maintain a clear understanding of project scope, constraints, and goals, and ensure all work aligns with the client’s mission.

Salary: $138,000.00 - $160,000.00


  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in IT program or project management, preferably in a federal contracting environment.

  • Demonstrated success managing delivery teams in IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, or other IT programs.

  • Strong organizational skills and proficiency with collaboration tools (Microsoft Teams, SharePoint) and project management platforms (Jira, Confluence).

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage with executives, technical teams, and clients.
