Agile Delivery Manager
Location: Madison, WI | Milwaukee, WI | Wausau, WI | Green Bay, WI | Kenosha, WI
Compensation: $130,000 + Bonus

Position Summary
Seeking an experienced Agile Delivery Manager to lead the delivery of enterprise technology and digital initiatives. This role is responsible for driving Agile delivery, managing cross-functional teams, coordinating releases and deployments, mitigating risks, and ensuring predictable delivery outcomes. The ideal candidate combines strong Agile leadership, project management, and stakeholder management skills with hands-on experience removing delivery impediments and improving team performance.
Key Responsibilities
Agile Delivery & Execution
• Lead day-to-day Sprint Execution, Delivery Planning, and operational delivery activities.
• Partner with Product Managers to ensure backlog readiness, prioritization, and sprint planning alignment.
• Develop and manage roadmaps, delivery plans, schedules, and release timelines.
• Identify and resolve dependencies, delivery risks, and execution challenges.
• Remove organizational blockers and support teams through critical delivery issues.
• Coordinate Deployment Readiness, resource planning, and cross-team delivery efforts.
• Communicate delivery status, risks, and mitigation plans to leadership and stakeholders.
• Monitor and improve team velocity, predictability, and overall delivery performance.
• Support post-release validation, operational handoff, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Agile Operations & Process Improvement
• Champion Agile Methodologies and best practices across product and technology teams.
• Facilitate effective Scrum Ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Establish and improve delivery processes, governance standards, and release management practices.
• Drive continuous improvement through retrospectives, root cause analysis, and lessons learned.
• Improve visibility into delivery progress, risks, dependencies, and team capacity.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and Operations teams to ensure reliable, repeatable deployments.
• Identify systemic delivery issues and implement scalable process improvements.
• Promote operational excellence while maintaining speed, quality, and security standards.
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Technology Management, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Agile Delivery, Product Delivery, Scrum Leadership, or related roles.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams across Product, Engineering, Design, and Operations.
• Strong background managing end-to-end sprint lifecycles and Agile delivery frameworks.
• Experience delivering complex initiatives within enterprise environments.
• Strong Project Management, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with Release Management, Deployment Coordination, and delivery governance.
• Ability to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve delivery and operational issues.
• 10+ years of experience in Enterprise Technology, IT operations, or technology management.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
