Job description

Job Summary:
CLA is a top 10 national professional services firm dedicated to creating opportunities for clients, people, and communities. They are seeking an experienced Senior Agile Delivery Analyst to support agile delivery across teams by facilitating ceremonies, managing dependencies, and translating business needs into actionable work.
Responsibilities:
• Champion Agile principles and delivery best practices across impacted and related teams
• Serve as primary facilitator for Agile ceremonies, including stand‑ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, retrospectives, and cross‑team syncs
• Coordinate delivery cadence, release planning, and dependency management across multiple teams
• Identify, track, and proactively manage cross‑team dependencies, risks, and impediments
• Establish and maintain team working agreements, delivery processes, guidelines, standards, templates, and shared artifacts to support consistent and effective execution across teams
• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders, Product Owners, and delivery teams to align expectations and priorities; sometimes
• Elicit, analyze, and document business needs; translate them into clear requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and supporting artifacts
• Support Product Owners with backlog refinement, prioritization inputs, dependency sequencing, and readiness for delivery
• Facilitate discussions to clarify scope, assumptions, impacts, and trade‑offs
• Support release readiness activities, including coordination of testing, deployment timing, business readiness, and communications
• Leverage delivery metrics and insights to support planning, forecasting, and continuous improvement
• Support administration, standards, and cross-team reporting within Azure DevOps or equivalent tooling
Qualifications:
Required:
• 4 years of relevant experience required in agile delivery, business analysis, or technology program support.
• Experience working across multiple teams or platforms required.
• Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum practices
• Core Microsoft Applications (e.g., Word, PowerPoint, Teams, etc.)
• Experience working within Agile delivery tools to manage backlogs, user stories, and workflow processes.
Preferred:
• Prior experience as a Scrum Master, Business Analyst, or delivery coordinator strongly preferred
• Experience with dependency management, release coordination, or cross‑functional initiatives preferred
• Azure DevOps (ADO) or Jira systems experience preferred
• Bachelor's degree or a combination of relevant experience and training may be considered in lieu of a degree.
