Job Description:
The Associate Technical Delivery Manager (ATDM) is a key member of the Ensono Diamond of Success team. The ATDM will work on the Technical Delivery Management team with our clients to develop a deep understanding of their business and how that business drives their technology needs. Empowered with that understanding, the ATDM will provide assistance to ensure our clients have an exceptional experience with the technology solutions we provide.
The ATDM is an individual possessing the desire to enhance their technical knowledge, provide assistance to bring efficiencies and improvements to disparate processes and systems, learn to lead though influence and manage competing priorities, become an impeccable communicator that is effectively adapt to their audiences, and become an advocate for the client.

About the role and what you'll be doing:

Your primary role will be to support the Technical Delivery Management team, while also developing towards moving into the Technical Delivery Manager role by assisting the team with;

• Following up with internal ITSM teams to ensure tasks are completed within defined service levels,
• Tracking & reporting service level exceptions and issues,
• Assembling & updating account level run books & documentation,
• Assembling presentations, reports, and updates for client facing meetings,
• Attending and participating in internal and external client meetings as needed,
• Completing learning & trainingaccording to defined TDM roledevelopment plan.

Required Qualifications:

• Demonstrable troubleshooting and investigative skills.

• In possession of a strong sense of ownership and accountability.

• Client and task focused.

• The ability to manage, with some direction, competing priorities from a variety of stakeholders.

• An adept communicator who can interact with audiences of varying skill sets and experiences.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 1-4 years' experience working in any of the following areas: project management, service delivery, technical account management, or systems administration.

• Possessing industry-recognized technical credentials (i.e., AWS, Microsoft, or Cisco certifications).

• Deep understanding of any of the following technologies: Mainframe, Open Systems, Virtualization, Databases, Cloud Computing, Middleware, or Networking.

• Exceptional troubleshooting and investigative skills.

• The ability to manage, independently, competing priorities from a variety of stakeholders.

• Demonstrate an understanding of any of the following technologies: Mainframe, Open Systems, Virtualization, Databases, Cloud Computing, Middleware, or Networking.

• Working towards industry-recognized technical credentials (i.e., AWS, Microsoft, or Cisco certifications).
