The Impact you will have in this role:
The Enterprise Performance Manager - Associate Director is a senior role within Enterprise Transformation organization, accountable for the DTCC's Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) framework and supporting its ongoing development and evolution across the enterprise. This role is responsible for translating strategic priorities into structured reporting, monitoring, and governance routines that enable transparency, accountability, and informed decision-making.
This role requires a resourceful, detail-oriented professional who can coordinate enterprise performance deliverables, manage cross-functional reporting, and monitor strategic priorities with strong project management and communication skills.
Success in this position demands analytical rigor, strong judgment, and executive presence, along with a demonstrated ability to lead through influence in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment.
Your Primary Responsibilities:
The EPM framework is the firmwide mechanism for DTCC's Corporate Goals, including their development, governance, measurement, and reporting, with direct line of sight to the Executive Committee and Board.
In this role, you will:
  • Drive the execution and evolution of DTCC's Enterprise Performance Management framework, driving alignment across business and functional teams to advance enterprise priorities.
  • Lead the development of monthly Executive Committee reporting and biannual Board materials, ensuring clear, accurate, and decision-oriented insights for senior leadership.
  • Oversee the operational and tactical execution of key Enterprise Performance efforts, ensuring deliverables are timely, disciplined, and aligned to strategic objectives.
  • Serve as the primary point of accountability for the monthly collection, aggregation, challenge, and reporting of Enterprise Health Metrics to strengthen transparency, accountability, and performance management.
  • Provide leadership visibility into progress against strategic priorities, key milestones, risks, and issues, driving timely intervention and escalation where needed.
  • Serve as a strategic partner to senior Enterprise Performance leadership in shaping core EPM outputs and leadership updates for forums including the Executive Committee and Board.
  • Prepare and deliver executive-level communications, reporting, presentations, and management materials that support performance reviews, strategic discussions, and enterprise decision-making.
  • Drive consistency, rigor, and continuous improvement across enterprise performance processes, reporting practices, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Mitigates risk by following established procedures and monitoring controls, spotting key errors and demonstrating strong ethical behavior.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 8 years of related experience
  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
  • Advanced data analytics, data visualization, presentation, and logical storyboarding
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite
  • Demonstrated expertise developing executive-level materials and narratives
