Position

Title: Sr. Performance Consultant - Digital Experience (DEX) and SaaS Transitions

Location: United States (Remote with customer travel as required)

Clearance Level: Active TS/SCI (required)

Technology Specialization: Digital Experience Management

The Performance Consultant is a senior individual contributor and subject matter expert within Riverbed Professional Services, focused on delivering Aternitybased Digital Experience (DEX) solutions in SaaS environments.

This role supports enterprise and US secured customers by leading complex DEX deployments, SaaS operations, and onprem to SaaS transitions. The consultant acts as a trusted technical and advisory partner, ensuring customers successfully adopt Aternity SaaS while maintaining performance visibility, security requirements, and operational continuity.

This is not a peoplemanagement or practicelead role. The focus is on deep technical expertise, customer advisory, and successful outcomes across DEX and SaaS engagements.

Candidates must therefore have a strong IT background in DEX concepts and of working within a professional services organization. Ideally this experience will have been gained in Managed Services type scenarios or similar.

What you will do
  • Serve as a senior technical SME for Aternity Digital Experience (DEX) solutions across SaaS and hybrid environments.
  • Lead complex Aternity engagements, including deployments, dashboards, alerting, and cross-domain analysis.
  • Design and validate enterprise-scale Aternity architectures aligned to customer goals and operating models.
  • Deliver Aternity in SaaS environments, ensuring stability, scalability, and operational readiness.
  • Lead or support on-prem to SaaS transitions, including planning, architecture, and risk management.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to customers, guiding DEX strategy, SaaS adoption, and performance management best practices.
  • Lead customer workshops and executive engagements, clearly communicating technical, operational, and compliance considerations.
What makes you an ideal candidate
  • Active TS/SCI clearance; must be US-based.
  • 10+ years of experience in Professional Services, Consulting, or advanced technical advisory roles.
  • Deep, hands-on experience with Digital Employee Experience (DEX), observability, and application performance.
  • Proven experience delivering solutions in SaaS environments, including adoption and operationalization.
  • Experience supporting on-prem to SaaS transitions or hybrid migrations.
  • Strong customer-facing skills with the ability to engage credibly at senior and executive levels.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills across technical and non-technical audiences.
