As a Performance Consultant, you will: 

  • Analyze dealership operations and workflows to identify opportunities for optimization and improved efficiency. 
  • Deliver technical and strategic guidance on effective platform use, with the goal of increasing utilization and demonstrating business value. 
  • Conduct follow-up training on platform capabilities, best practices, and new features to drive adoption and ROI. 
  • Monitor client performance metrics and KPIs, providing actionable insights to measure progress and success. 
  • Lead regular performance reviews with clients, presenting data-driven recommendations to improve outcomes. 
  • Collaborate with Product teams to share customer feedback and influence future platform enhancements. 
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to dealerships, fostering strong long-term relationships and executive-level trust. 
  • Provide the Customer Success team with insights on emerging industry trends and competitive intelligence. 
  • Manage assigned large dealership groups, ensuring consistent engagement and measurable success across locations.
  • Travel locally (within a 2-hour radius) and out-of-market (1 week per month) to deliver onsite consultation, training, and relationship management. 

Travel Requirement: Approximately 40-50% travel may be required

Job Qualifications: 

  • 5+ years of experience in consulting, customer success, or performance improvement (automotive or SaaS experience preferred). 
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations for operational improvements. 
  • Proven success delivering training, workshops, or consultative guidance to client organizations. 
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at multiple levels. 
  • Ability to manage large, multi-location customer groups with consistency and professionalism. 
  • Collaborative mindset with experience working cross-functionally (Product, Sales, Customer Success, Support). 
  • Proficiency with customer success tools, CRM platforms (Salesforce, ChurnZero), and Microsoft Office/Excel. 
  • Willingness to travel locally and out-of-market as required. 

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Communications, or related field. 
  • Automotive retail, dealership, or OEM background (e.g., Service Advisor, Sales Manager, Technician). 
  • Experience in SaaS platform training, workflow optimization, or performance consulting. 
  • Familiarity with competitive trends and emerging technologies in the automotive retail space.

Compensation is based on experience, knowledge, and skills and represents a good faith estimate in accordance with applicable laws. 

Work Environment & Physical Requirements: 

This role may be performed in a remote, hybrid, or office-based environment depending on business needs. 

  • Ability to remain in a stationary position (sitting or standing) for extended periods  
  • Ability to operate a computer and standard office equipment (e.g., keyboard, mouse, headset)  
  • Ability to view and interpret information on a computer screen for extended periods  
  • Ability to communicate effectively via phone, video, and written communication  
  • Ability to participate in virtual meetings with or without reasonable accommodation  

Remote Work Expectations: 

  • Maintain a dedicated, safe, and distraction-free workspace  
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection sufficient for video conferencing and job-related systems 
  • Ability to maintain productivity in a remote environment  
  • Must reside in a state where the company is authorized to employ workers  
  • Must be able to work core hours aligned to Mountain and pacific-based timezones

  • Ability to travel as needed, including by air, car, or public transportation
