OnPoint CX Solutions is hiring experienced Sales Representatives to join our growing Call Center team in Henderson.

If you have experience with sales, cold calling, lead generation, inside sales, or business development and enjoy building relationships with decision-makers, this is an opportunity to grow your sales career while earning uncapped commission.

Pay & Schedule:
  • $15/hour base pay
  • Uncapped commission
  • Weekly pay
  • Full-time position
  • Mondayโ€“Friday
  • Approximately 6:00 AM โ€“ 2:30 PMย (must have open availability)
What You'll Do:
  • Make outbound calls to business owners and decision-makers
  • Present energy solutions and business service options
  • Build rapport and identify customer needs
  • Generate sales and close new business accounts
  • Meet and exceed daily and weekly sales goals
  • Track activity using CRM and company systems
What We're Looking For:
  • Ideally, 1+ year of outbound sales, inside sales, lead generation,ย or cold-calling experienceย 
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Professional phone presence
  • Ability to build relationships with business owners
  • Comfortable using CRM systems and Microsoft Office
