The Role

Reporting to the Vice President, Strategic Accounts, you will shape and execute account strategies that help our customers modernize how they engage,support, andretaintheir end customers across every channel.

You will be atrusted advisor to senior stakeholders, positioning CSG'sAI-enabledCX capabilities - includingjourney management,intelligentmessaging,conversational AI and AI Routing, plusdigital customer engagement solutions -to solve complex business problems and deliver measurable value.

WhatYou'llDo

Own and grow a portfolio of strategic CX accounts

  • Build and execute account plans focused on expanding adoption of CSG'sAI-enabledCX solutions (contact center, messaging, digital engagement, customer journeys, analytics).
  • Deeply understand each customer's CX strategy, pain points, and roadmap to position CSG as a long-term partner.

Drive new CX revenue within existing accounts

  • Prospect, cold call, and create new CX opportunities within your module ofexistingstrategic accounts,plus namednew logo prospects.

  • Qualify opportunities, shape solution direction with internal teams, and drive deals to closure.

Lead the end-to-end CX sales process

  • Lead discovery, run CX value conversations, and deliver compelling presentations and demos.

  • Develop, write, and deliver high-qualityproposals and RFX responsesthat clearly articulate business outcomes and ROI.

  • Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, and contractual agreementsthrough tosignature.

Orchestratea cross-functional pursuit team

  • Lead and coordinate internalSMEs, solution consultants, and partners to design winning CX solutions.

  • Capture and share CX insights, competitive intelligence, and best practices with internal stakeholders.

Champion CX transformation for your customers

  • Build senior-level relationships (Business, CX, Digital, IT, and Operations).

  • Help customers define and deliverCX transformationby defining business challenges,determiningvalue derived in solving theissueand then visualizing the improved customer experience.

WhatYou'llBring

Sales experience

  • 5+ years of formal field sales experiencewithin CSG's targetmarketsofFinancial Services, Healthcare, Retail and Cable/Telecommunications.

  • 8+ years of sales experienceidentifying, qualifying, and prioritizing prospects, with a proventrack recordof achieving or exceeding sales quotas.

  • Demonstratedsuccess driving the full sales cycle fromprospecting through negotiation and close.

CX & relationshipexpertise

  • StrongClient Relationship Management skills, with a history of building long-term, senior-level partnerships.

  • Experiencedriving transformational changewithin target accounts, ideally focused on customer experience, digital engagement, or customer service operations.

  • Ability to communicate clear value propositions throughpresentations, proposals, and business cases.

Preferred CX background

  • Preference for candidates with experience selling contact center, messaging, or broader CX solutions (e.g., cloud contact center platforms, omnichannel messaging, customer engagement or journey orchestrationand journey analytictools).

  • Require familiarity with market trends inleveragingAI (Conversational AI, Generative AI, AI Agents Automation and Routing)

Position Pay Range:

This range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary based on factors including but not limited to geographical location and experience.

$145,697.16-$233,110.58

This role is eligible for a bonus opportunity.
