We are a early adopter and leader in the AI in EPM space - our ACG AI Labs group is actively working with clients on solutions to infuse AI into their EPM process. ACG is the creator of "whyFA.ai", an AI financial analyst that uniquely understands complex finance and business infrastructures and automates planning, forecasting, reporting and analytics.


Position Summary

We are seeking a high-performing Enterprise Sales Executive to drive new business growth by selling Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) and AI-powered business solutions to large and mid-market organizations. This role is responsible for developing executive relationships, managing complex sales cycles, and helping organizations modernize financial planning, forecasting, analytics, and operational decision-making through cloud-based EPM platforms and Artificial Intelligence.

The ideal candidate has a proven track record of exceeding enterprise software sales quotas, understands CFO and finance transformation initiatives, and can effectively position AI as a strategic business enabler.


Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and close new enterprise sales opportunities across target industries.
  • Build trusted relationships with CFOs, Finance Leaders, CIOs, and executive stakeholders.
  • Lead complex consultative sales cycles from prospecting through contract negotiation and close.
  • Position Enterprise Performance Management solutions including:
    • Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)
    • Budgeting & Forecasting
    • Financial Consolidation
    • Reporting & Analytics
    • Workforce Planning and Resource Management
    • Profitability & Cost Management
  • Demonstrate how AI capabilities improve forecasting accuracy, automate planning, generate business insights, and accelerate executive decision-making.
  • Collaborate with solution consultants and technical teams to develop tailored demonstrations and business value assessments.
  • Develop executive-level business cases and ROI analyses.
  • Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and forecast within CRM.
  • Partner with marketing on account-based campaigns and lead generation initiatives.
  • Negotiate enterprise agreements and manage procurement processes.
  • Stay current on market trends, competitive offerings, and emerging AI technologies impacting finance transformation.


Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Technology, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 5-7+ years of enterprise software sales experience.
  • 3+ years selling Enterprise Performance Management, Financial Planning, CPM, ERP, Analytics, or related enterprise solutions.
  • Demonstrated success selling into Fortune 1000 or upper mid-market organizations.
  • Proven history of exceeding annual sales quotas.
  • Experience managing multi-million-dollar sales opportunities.
  • Strong executive presentation and communication skills.
  • Experience navigating complex procurement and contract negotiations.
