RESPONSIBILITIES
Enterprise S&O Operating Model
  • Partner with the EVP & Head of Enterprise Strategy & Operations to design, refine, and implement CCS’s enterprise S&O operating model, including regional structures, department charters, role expectations, hiring guidance, governance rhythms, and shared operating standards.
  • Help evaluate future structural changes across S&O, including how work should be organized across regions, departments, Corporate functions, and enterprise roles.
  • Support the continued development of shared definitions of S&O excellence, including scorecards, KPI frameworks, progress tracking, and other tools to help regions assess performance and consistency across departments.
  • Help prepare for, attend, and manage follow-up from key S&O meetings and leadership forums, including weekly S&O Lead meetings, bimonthly S&O Leaders Forums, annual retreats, and select cross-functional working sessions.
  • Support key S&O initiatives, including standalone Marketing and Business Development department development, proposal and contract process improvements, Executive Partnerships optimization, S&O onboarding/training, and expansion of the S&O Mentorship Program.
  • Identify opportunities to improve S&O workflows through clearer SOPs, better reporting, automation, shared tools, and other process improvements.

  • Track key regional updates and operating context across Atlantic, Central, Northeast & Europe, and West, including leadership changes, new hires/departures, open roles, actual vs. budgeted headcount, major meetings, and other significant regional developments.
  • Partner with Finance, BI, and regional S&O leadership to track and synthesize key operational and financial metrics, including non-compensation budgets, expense recapture, headcount, utilization, staffing-related indicators, and other metrics S&O leaders can help manage.

Corporate Partnerships & Cross-Functional Coordination
  • Serve as an operational connector between regional S&O teams and Corporate functions
  • In coordination with the Transformation office, help operationalize enterprise-wide processes that require strong regional and Corporate coordination, including forecasting, budgeting, focal review planning, long-range planning, office moves/renovations, and other cross-functional initiatives.
  • Partner with the Growth Team on the development of more formalized Marketing and Business Development structures, workflows, KPIs, and operating expectations across regions.
  • Support select external partnerships, consultants, vendors, and training relationships tied to enterprise S&O priorities.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 5+ years of relevant professional experience in strategy, operations, consulting, project management, business operations, organizational effectiveness, or related fields; graduate degree may be considered in lieu of some professional experience
