Job Summary:

At iHerb, we are on a mission to make health and wellness accessible to everyone globally through our products and platforms. As part of our multi-year digital transformation journey, iHerb's Enterprise Architecture group focuses on improving our current and future technology platforms and product platform architectures.

We are currently seeking a Enterprise Solutions Architect to support our Order-to-Cash and Supply Chain domains. This role will collaborate across various business units, including Finance, Operations, Technology, and Planning to design and modernize iHerb's Business Applications in order to provide a scalable foundation for growth. In addition, this role will assist in creating iHerb's Order-to-Cash modernization roadmap and introduce product governance to align with iHerb's overall enterprise strategy and business metrics. This role requires strong technical skills across several key technology focus areas (ERP systems, integration patterns, databases, cloud platforms, security and compliance etc). You will also collaborate with functional teams to develop iHerb's holistic supply chain technology landscape, accounting for key dependencies and potential synergies across various product roadmaps across platforms. This role reports directly to the VP, Enterprise Applications.

Principal Enterprise Architect - Order-to-Cash/Supply Chain Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Business leaders and Stakeholders to understand organizational goals and translate them into technology strategies.

  • Develop and maintain the enterprise application architecture roadmap, ensuring alignment with business needs and industry best practices.

  • Lead end to end design and integration of comprehensive business solutions across ERP (SAP), SCM, Finance, and other enterprise applications.

  • Ensure solutions are scalable, reliable, and meet performance requirements while addressing compliance and security standards.

  • Oversee the evaluation, selection, and implementation of new technologies and tools to enhance business capabilities.

  • Establish integration strategies and frameworks for seamless connectivity between ERP and other Enterprise Systems.

  • Ensure data consistency and process harmonization across applications to support a unified business strategy.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact on end to end Business Solutions between Business and IT teams, facilitating collaboration and effective communication.

  • Provide thought leadership and technical expertise to drive innovation and continuous improvement.

  • Define and enforce architecture standards, best practices, and governance models for enterprise solutions.

  • Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure compliance with architectural principles and technology policies.

  • Guide cross-functional teams in solution design, development, and deployment efforts.

  • Mentor junior architects and technical staff, fostering a culture of learning and innovation.

  • Lead troubleshooting efforts for complex issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.

  • Develop proactive measures and contingency plans to mitigate risks associated with enterprise solutions.

  • Ensure ROI (Return on Investment) is clearly defined and account for cross-functional dependencies

  • Lead program steering committee meetings comprised of Director/Sr Director/VP/C-Suite stakeholders

  • Functional/domain experience and/or exposure to some of the following: OMS, B2B, Transportation Management (TM), Procurement (P2P), Tax, Currency, Rebate/Scanback, Payment, WMS, demand forecasting/planning and similar.

  • Collaborate with iHerb's TMO (Transformation Management Office) to define enterprise architecture standards, systems integration patterns and adherence across all iHerb enterprise systems

Minimum Qualifications:

  • BS or MS in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field;

  • Proven experience (8-10+ years) as Enterprise architect or similar role, with emphasis on designing and implementing Order-to-Cash solutions

  • Excellent communication skills. Must have the ability to effectively communicate with technical and non-technical peers.

  • Experience in business process framework including process decomposition, data and functional flows and architecture frameworks

  • Deep understanding of Order to Cash processes and ERP systems with demonstrated hands-on experience

  • Demonstrated knowledge in data migration, governance, pipeline and quality

  • Experience with designing best-in-class standards for integration patterns across systems to ensure seamless data and information flow

  • Experience with enterprise middleware (iPaaS) and integration patterns is required.

  • Experience with leading ERP systems such as Oracle or SAP is required.

  • Industry experience in eCommerce and Consumer Product Goods is a plus

Compensation:

The expected salary range for this role is $177,000.00 - $200,000.00 USD. The actual base pay offered will be determined by factors such as the candidate's relevant experience, education, geographic location, and internal equity.
