• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients to assess their physical conditions, functional abilities, and rehabilitation needs.
• Develop and execute customized treatment plans tailored to individual patient goals and conditions, utilizing evidence-based practices.
• Provide high-quality hands-on therapy, such as manual manipulation, therapeutic exercises, and modalities suitable for orthopedic rehabilitation.
• Educate patients and their families on effective home exercise programs, injury prevention strategies, and necessary lifestyle modifications to support recovery.
• Closely monitor and document patient progress, making adjustments to treatment plans based on ongoing assessments.
• Collaborate with fellow healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive and cohesive care for all patients.
• Maintain meticulous and up-to-date medical records and documentation, adhering to regulatory requirements and organizational policies.
• Stay informed about developments in physical therapy practice, including new techniques and research findings, to integrate into patient care.

The primary patient demographic includes individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, chronic pain conditions, and musculoskeletal disorders. Our clients range from post-operative patients needing rehabilitation to active individuals seeking to prevent injuries. Your role will be vital in helping these patients regain their strength, mobility, and quality of life, with a focus on empowering them to be active participants in their recovery journey.

• Possession of a Doctorate or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• A valid and current Physical Therapist license in New Jersey.
• Minimum of two years of direct experience in physical therapy settings, with a focus on orthopedic care being highly desirable.
• Demonstrated strong clinical skills in assessing and implementing various therapeutic techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams.

Vital Solutions offers a competitive salary range of $110,000 to $130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
