About CTA Digital

CTA Digital designs and manufactures innovative hardware solutions for some of the world's largest retailers, healthcare organizations, hospitality brands, and enterprise customers. From tablet enclosures and charging solutions to fully customized hardware systems, we help businesses deploy technology in the real world.

We're looking for a Sales Solutions Architect to join our growing Enterprise team and play a critical role in transforming customer challenges into innovative product solutions.

About the Role

This is a unique position that combines technical problem-solving, product development, and customer engagement.

As a Sales Solutions Architect, you'll partner closely with Enterprise Sales to understand customer needs, develop customized hardware solutions, and work alongside Product Development and Engineering to bring those concepts to life. You'll serve as the technical expert throughout the sales process, helping customers visualize solutions while ensuring they're practical, manufacturable, and scalable.

If you enjoy solving complex problems, collaborating across teams, and creating products that make a real impact, we'd love to meet you.

What You'll Do

  • Partner with Enterprise Sales during customer meetings and solution discovery sessions.
  • Understand customer workflows and operational challenges to develop tailored hardware solutions.
  • Design and recommend custom products using CTA's existing portfolio or new product concepts.
  • Collaborate with Product Development, Engineering, and Manufacturing to evaluate feasibility, timelines, and costs.
  • Develop solution concepts, product specifications, renderings, and prototype recommendations.
  • Coordinate prototype development and customer sample reviews.
  • Present technical solutions to customers and answer product-related questions throughout the sales process.
  • Ensure custom projects move efficiently from concept through production.
  • Identify opportunities to turn custom solutions into scalable products for future customers.
  • Stay current on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive solutions.

What We're Looking For

  • 3-7+ years of experience in Solutions Architecture, Product Management, Technical Sales, Product Development, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong ability to solve complex customer problems with practical product solutions.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams including Sales, Engineering, and Manufacturing.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with hardware products, consumer electronics, enterprise accessories, kiosks, charging solutions, or industrial design is a plus.
  • CAD, product design, or manufacturing knowledge is a strong advantage but not required.
