Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Technology Product Manager to lead strategic investment initiatives and drive innovation in our Oracle EPM technology stack. This role combines deep finance operations expertise with product management capabilities and advanced Oracle EPM platform knowledge to deliver transformative business value across our global organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive product strategy and roadmap development for Oracle EPM solutions, managing complete product lifecycle from conceptualization through implementation and optimization

  • Drive large-scale implementation of AI capabilities within Oracle EPM suite to enhance automation, accuracy, and analytical insights

  • Partner directly with finance leaders to align technology initiatives with broader finance strategy and execute high-impact opportunities that enhance financial operations and reporting capabilities

  • Leverage expertise in Oracle EPM, ARCS, and OCI Essbase technologies to architect sophisticated financial management solutions

  • Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps integrating cutting-edge Oracle EPM functionalities with existing financial processes

  • Lead cross-functional investment initiatives, ensuring effective resource allocation and stakeholder alignment

  • Collaborate with finance teams across FP&A, financial close processes, and reconciliation functions to translate operational requirements into technical solutions that deliver measurable business outcomes

  • Stay current with emerging Oracle EPM AI capabilities and integration opportunities

  • Build and maintain high-performing teams across geographically distributed locations, promoting collaboration and knowledge transfer across time zones and cultural boundaries

  • Drive thought leadership initiatives by staying current with Oracle EPM trends, updates, and industry best practices to establish organization as center of excellence

  • Effectively engage with stakeholders at all organizational levels, translating complex technical concepts into business-focused presentations and facilitating productive partnerships between finance and technology teams

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field.

  • Minimum 8-10 years of professional experience in Oracle EPM, finance technology, or related fields.

  • Basic knowledge of AI terminologies and foundational understanding would be an added advantage

  • Proven experience in finance, corporate finance, FP&A, financial close operations, and reconciliation processes

  • Hands-on expertise with Oracle EPM, ARCS, and OCI Essbase technologies

  • Demonstrated product management experience leading investment initiatives and managing product lifecycles

  • Track record of successful partnership with finance leaders on technology strategy alignment and roadmap execution

  • Experience implementing AI technologies, particularly Oracle EPM AI capabilities in large-scale global organizations

  • Strong collaborative skills with experience managing geographically distributed teams

  • Exceptional adaptability and rapid learning ability to evolve with changing technologies and business requirements

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills with ability to convey complex concepts to diverse audiences

  • Strong commitment to quality and continuous improvement

  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in team-oriented environments while driving individual accountability

Estimated compensation for this position:

140,000.00 - 180,000.00 USD per year

This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
