Ping Identity is seeking an experienced Anaplan Model Builder to join our Finance team. This role will serve as a strategic partner to Finance, Sales Operations, and cross-functional leaders; independently leading the design, architecture, and deployment of scalable Anaplan solutions that drive automation, forecasting accuracy, and operational efficiency.
This role is expected to independently lead complex initiatives from discovery through deployment, and serving as the functional and technical lead for assigned workstreams. You'll lead requirements gathering, model architecture, and project implementation to drive automation and efficiency across our planning and reporting processes. Your ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable, sustainable models will be critical, along with ensuring the integrity and performance of our Anaplan environment.
  • Lead the end to end design, development, and deployment of complex Anaplan models across Finance, Sales Operations, Professional Services and other organizations
  • Drive user story workshops, collaborate with stakeholders to gather detailed business requirements and lead UAT and training sessions
  • Document model architecture, configurations and processes to support knowledge sharing and long-term sustainability
  • Proactively identify gaps, risks, process and performance inefficiencies, and drive solutions within existing models
  • Support bi-directionals integrations with key business systems and expertise in the systems such as Salesforce, NetSuite, UKG, Greenhouse, Kantata, Navan are highly preferred
  • Build user-friendly dashboards and reports to support day-to-day operations and strategic decision-making

What You'll Bring:
  • 6+ years of hands-on Anaplan model building experience including independently leading full implementations, ideally in a cross functional role in Finance/Sales Operations
  • Strong foundation with 4+ years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis and/or Sales Performance Management
  • Certified Anaplan Model Builder. Solution Architect or Master Anaplanner is a strong plus
  • Solid understanding of multi-dimensional modeling, agile methodologies, and Anaplan best practices
  • Exceptional communication skills and ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

You have an advantage if you have:
  • Prior experience in a SaaS Organization in a high growth environment
  • Demonstrated experience leading medium to large scale enterprise Anaplan initiatives
  • Strong understanding of financial reporting, forecasting, and budgeting processes
  • Strong foundation of sales processes such as quota management, territory planning, forecast, capacity, Sales forecasting and incentive compensation design
  • Familiarity with NetSuite, Salesforce, UKG, Greenhouse and Kantata

Salary: $102,634.00 - $128,292.00
In accordance with Colorado's Equal Pay for Equal Work Act (SB 19-085) the approximate compensation range for this role in Colorado is listed above. Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors, such as knowledge, skills, and abilities.
