Join Our Team at Liquid Environmental Solutions as a Customer Solutions Representative (CSR I)
At Liquid Environmental Solutions, we are passionate about leading the way in non-hazardous liquid waste management, dedicated to providing innovative, reliable, and exceptional service to our customers. As a Customer Solutions Representative, you will play a crucial role in delivering outstanding customer experiences, serving as the primary point of contact for all service requests.
Compensation starting at $21/hr
Schedule: Daytime Hours Mon-Fri
Location: 7651 Esters Blvd Suite 200, Irving, TX
Key Responsibilities: As a CSR I, you will:
  • Manage daily customer communications, ensuring every interaction is professional, warm, and friendly.
  • Actively listen to and respond to customer inquiries, confirming understanding of their needs.
  • Utilize a consultative approach to present LES services, highlighting how our solutions meet customer needs and enhance their operations.
  • Collaborate with a dynamic team of CSR professionals to achieve overall call center objectives and exceed customer expectations.
