Full-Cycle Recruiting & Pipeline Management
  • Execute the complete recruiting lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and offer extension for high-volume security positions.
  • Maintain a continuous pipeline of pre-qualified candidates to ensure rapid backfill and smooth contract startups.
  • Collaborate with Area Directors of Operations to prioritize requisitions based on urgency and client needs.
  • Proactively source candidates through various channels to minimize reactive recruiting.
Hiring Quality & Candidate Evaluation
  • Serve as the first line of candidate evaluation, assessing qualifications, professionalism, reliability, and cultural fit.
  • Make independent hiring decisions balancing volume and quality standards.
  • Deliver a professional and responsive candidate experience that strengthens our employer brand.
Onboarding Execution & Compliance
  • Complete all new hire documentation ensuring seamless transition from candidate to employee.
  • Maintain 100% compliance with federal I-9 requirements and coordinate background checks and credentialing.
Performance Metrics & Accountability
  • Meet defined performance standards including hire counts, time-to-fill targets, and turnover rates.
  • Monitor new hire turnover and collaborate to improve first-week retention.
  • Provide transparent daily and weekly activity reports to leadership.
