Job Summary:

We are looking for a talented Senior Hourly Recruiter - Business Unit and Functions to join our Cummins Inc. team in Columbus, IN.

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

  • Drive timely hiring outcomes by recruiting, screening, and interviewing candidates for current and future workforce needs.

  • Build strong talent pipelines through proactive sourcing strategies that attract diverse, high-quality candidates.

  • Partner with hiring managers and HR stakeholders to align recruiting activities with business priorities and workforce plans.

  • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience through clear communication and efficient hiring processes.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, employment regulations, and selection standards throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

  • Leverage applicant tracking systems and recruiting data to provide insights and improve hiring effectiveness.

  • Facilitate informed hiring decisions through objective candidate assessment, evaluation, and selection practices.

  • Represent Cummins at recruiting events and external engagements to strengthen employer brand visibility and talent attraction efforts.
