Senior Manufacturing & Engineering Recruiter

Onsite – Indianapolis, Indiana


Position Summary:

Pinnacle Partners, a trusted and growing staffing firm based in Indianapolis, is seeking a motivated Senior Manufacturing & Engineering Recruiter to join our expanding team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with our Account Managers to identify exceptional talent, cultivate strong relationships, and connect skilled professionals with rewarding career opportunities while delivering an outstanding recruiting experience.


Responsibilities:

  • Recruit qualified candidates for assigned job requisitions using a wide range of company-provided tools and resources.
  • Conducting comprehensive candidate searches and evaluating candidates to ensure alignment with specific job requirements
  • Exercise a high level of independence and discretion in daily recruiting activities to attract top talent, optimize candidate quality, and increase successful submissions for Pinnacle’s clients
  • Partner closely with a talented team of Account Managers through the interview stage, salary negotiations, and final offers.


Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 year of recruiting experience with preference given to those who have worked in a technical environment.
  • Desire to learn and grow within a technical recruiting environment.
  • Proven ability to effectively match qualified candidates to appropriate job requisitions.
  • Strong relationship building skills and the ability to build a network.
  • Ability to recruit for a wide range of roles and adapt to changing priorities.
