  • Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour (DOE)

  • Schedule: Onsite: Monday - Friday 7am - 6pm, closed on Saturdays and Sundays

You will work with our Service and Accounting teams to process warranty claims, maintain records, and ensure that you complete all manufacturer and insurance documentation correctly, while delivering excellent internal customer service.

What You'll Do

  • Prepare and process warranty repair orders, ensuring compliance with manufacturer and aftermarket warranty procedures.

  • Review repair orders for completeness, correct errors, assign appropriate labor operation and failure codes, and process claims promptly upon repair completion.

  • Verify repair orders against vehicle service history to prevent duplicate claims and warranty shop comeback submissions.

  • Track, review, and resolve returned, rejected, or adjusted warranty claims, working with manufacturer representatives to obtain approvals or additional authorization.

  • Maintain accurate records of warranty claims, claim status, parts returns, inspections, and manufacturer-required documentation.

  • Book technician labor hours, including up-flags and back-flags, and communicate adjustments to technicians and management.

  • Monitor warranty program usage, identify potential abuse or fraudulent activity, and report concerns to department management.

  • Develop productive relationships with manufacturer and aftermarket warranty representatives while ensuring compliance with dealership standards.

  • Prepare daily warranty status reports for service management and document and collect customer deductibles and warranty-related charges properly.

  • Support dealership operations by backing up the service cashier, answering phones.
