Addison Group is partnering with our client to hire a Benefits Administrator to support employee benefits programs and leave administration. This role is ideal for an HR professional with strong analytical skills, benefits experience, and a passion for helping employees navigate benefit offerings.


Job Description:

The Benefits Administrator will coordinate and administer employee benefit programs, maintain benefit records, support leave administration processes, and serve as a key point of contact for employees and benefit vendors. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with sensitive and confidential information.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer employee benefit programs, including health, dental, vision, life, disability, retirement, and leave-related benefits.
  • Facilitate new hire benefits enrollment and conduct benefits orientations.
  • Process employee benefit changes resulting from qualifying life events and employment status updates.
  • Coordinate annual open enrollment activities and employee communications.
  • Serve as a liaison between employees and benefit providers to resolve questions and discrepancies.
  • Assist with leave administration and maintain compliance with applicable policies and regulations.
  • Maintain accurate benefit records and employee documentation.
  • Analyze benefit utilization trends and assist with recommendations for program improvements.
  • Support benefit benchmarking efforts by reviewing market data and industry surveys.
  • Assist with employee communications, presentations, and educational materials related to benefits programs.
  • Prepare reports and documentation for management review as needed.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in benefits administration, human resources, or a related area.
  • Strong understanding of employee benefits programs and leave administration processes.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Experience working with HRIS and benefits administration systems preferred.
