Benefits Manager
LHH is looking for a Benefits Manager for our client, a Non Profit organization here in NYC. This person will support their benefits team and assist with administration, LOA, enrollment, vendor relationships, retirement plans and all employee programs. This person will be working 100% on-site, in person and the role will compensate between $35-45/hr, contingent on experience.
Responsibilities:
· Benefits Management: Administer and manage employee benefits programs, including health, retirement, and other non-monetary perks. Ensure compliance with local regulations and evaluate the cost-effectiveness of benefit plans.
· Market Research: Conduct regular market research to benchmark compensation and benefits against industry standards and ensure our offerings remain competitive and attractive.
· Data Analysis: Analyze compensation and benefits data in Workday to identify trends, make recommendations for improvements, and support decision-making processes.
· Vendor Management: Collaborate with external vendors to provide benefit solutions and oversee vendor relationships and performance.
· Total Rewards: Participate in the design and management of total rewards programs, ensuring they align with our company's culture and values.
· Budget Management: Work closely with the finance team to develop and manage budgets related to compensation and benefits programs.
Requirements:
· Proven experience as a Benefits Manager, with a minimum of 5 years.
· Excellent data analysis and reporting skills
· Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to work with various stakeholders.
· Strong project management and organizational skills.
· Ability to work independently, handle confidential information, and adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Pay Details: $35.00 to $45.00 per hour
