📍 Chillicothe, Ohio | Onsite | Full-Time

Are you an experienced Benefits or Total Rewards professional ready to take ownership of complex employee benefit programs and influence the overall caregiver experience? We’re seeking a Benefits Manager to lead benefits administration, retirement programs, leave management, well-being initiatives, compliance, and vendor partnerships within a large healthcare organization.

✨ Why This Opportunity Stands Out:

  • Own a broad Total Rewards portfolio spanning health & welfare, retirement, leave/disability, and caregiver well-being programs
  • Gain broad exposure to complex benefits governance, including ERISA, ACA, HIPAA, COBRA, FMLA, and ADA compliance
  • Comprehensive benefits and an opportunity to make a measurable impact on employee experience within a large healthcare organization

💼 Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day administration of health, welfare, retirement, leave, disability, and voluntary benefit programs
  • Lead annual open enrollment, benefits communications, education, system processes, and vendor relationships
  • Oversee retirement plan administration, governance, compliance, audits, and reporting across programs such as 403(b) and 457 plans
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for FMLA, ADA accommodations, workers’ compensation, disability, and other leave programs
  • Lead well-being initiatives while analyzing participation, outcomes, and opportunities to improve caregiver engagement

📊 Benefits Strategy & Business Impact

This role goes beyond administration. You’ll analyze benefits utilization, workforce trends, costs, participation, and market developments to develop recommendations that improve program effectiveness and the overall employee experience.

You’ll also work with vendors and internal stakeholders on contract management, service performance, cost optimization, compliance, and annual renewals.

🌟 Expand Your Total Rewards Leadership

This opportunity is ideal for experienced Benefits Managers, Total Rewards Managers, Benefits Consultants, HR Managers, and Senior Benefits Professionals who want broader ownership across the employee benefits lifecycle.

Healthcare HR experience is a strong advantage, but professionals with substantial benefits and Total Rewards expertise from other complex organizations are encouraged to explore the opportunity.

✅ What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
  • 5–7 years of progressive experience in Benefits Administration, Total Rewards, or Human Resources
  • Demonstrated experience with benefit strategy, planning, and operations
  • Experience with ERISA, ACA, HIPAA, COBRA, FMLA, and ADA requirements
  • Experience managing vendors, projects, compliance activities, and multiple priorities

If you’re ready to move beyond transactional benefits administration and help shape strategy, compliance, employee experience, and Total Rewards, we’d love to connect.
