To thrive as a Benefits Specialist, you need expertise in employee benefits administration, knowledge of relevant laws (such as ERISA and ACA), and usually a bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field. Successfully navigating these challenges requires strong organizational skills, up-to-date knowledge of benefits laws, and effective communication abilities.

Behind every seamless open enrollment and every resolved claim is a team that genuinely cares about doing the work right. Our Benefits Administration Specialists are the engine that keeps it all running.

The Opportunity
As a Client Benefits Coordinator, you'll be the operational heartbeat of our client service model. You'll process enrollments, manage eligibility changes, conduct audits, and ensure every client and employee gets timely, accurate support. This is a high-impact role with direct ownership over outcomes that touch real people's lives.

  • Work directly with clients to obtain missing HR data and support life event documentation
  • Coordinate with carriers and clients to resolve Evidence of Insurability requests
  • Manage COBRA eligibility determinations and process with the COBRA vendor when required
  • Audit API/EDI/834 integrations to ensure no file transmission errors or carrier discrepancies

  • Collaborate with Client Experience and Analytics teams as needed
What You Bring

  • Experience with Employee Navigator or similar benefits administration platforms
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Above-average technical aptitude - you learn new systems quickly
