Job description
This position is responsible for the daily administration of the company's health, welfare, and 401(k) benefit plans including leave and disability accommodation requests. The Benefits Manager will work closely with the SVP of Total Rewards to facilitate new hire orientation, the annual open enrollment process, and run the day-to-day administration of Antares' benefit programs and leave administration while ensuring programs remain competitive and compliant with applicable law.

#LI-hybridA reasonable estimate of the current base salary range at the time of posting is below. Base salary does not include other forms of compensation or benefits. Actual base salary within the specified range is comprised of several components, including but not limited to applicant's skill, prior relevant experience, specific degrees and certifications, job responsibilities, market considerations and the location of the position.
This role is eligible for a discretionary annual bonus (based on company, business unit and individual performance).

Base Salary Range
$130,000 - $150,000
