Now Hiring: Admin / Receptionist
Location: Odessa, Texas
  • Greet customers, visitors, and vendors in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls while taking and delivering accurate messages.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and route requests to the appropriate departments.
  • Receive and distribute mail, packages, and deliveries.
  • Schedule appointments, meetings, and other office activities.
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records and filing systems.
  • Prepare correspondence, reports, and other office documents.
  • Assist with customer accounts, invoices, purchase orders, and general administrative tasks.
  • Monitor office supplies and coordinate reordering as needed.
  • Maintain confidentiality of company, customer, and employee information.
  • Provide administrative support to multiple departments and assist with daily office operations.
  • Utilize Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, and QuickBooks to support administrative and business functions.
