Responsibilities

Answer and direct incoming phone calls with warmth and professionalism.

Greet clients and visitors in a welcoming and helpful manner.

Schedule appointments and manage calendars for the insurance agents.

Provide administrative support, including savings files, scanning, and uploading data to State Farm.

Assist clients with basic billing inquiries and direct them, if needed, to the appropriate agent or resource.

Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.


Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.

Previous experience in an administrative or customer service role is preferred but not required.

Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.

A friendly and welcoming demeanor.
