Job description

The Implementation Analyst plays a critical role in delivering seamless implementations and high-impact managed services for both new and existing customers. This role owns the end-to-end lifecycle of client deployments across MeridianLink's software solutions driving successful launches, ensuring adoption, and creating long-term value.
Serving as a trusted advisor, the Implementation Analyst partners closely with clients to manage expectations, meet key milestones, and ensure a smooth transition from implementation through ongoing use. Acting as a central point of coordination, the role collaborates cross-functionally to resolve challenges, optimize outcomes, and elevate the overall customer experience.
The Implementation Analyst brings a deeper level of expertise-educating clients on advanced platform capabilities, identifying opportunities to enhance utilization, and translating customer feedback into actionable insights for the Product organization to help shape future innovation.
Expected Duties:
  • Implementation Analysts will have a thorough understanding of MeridianLink's licensed software and its capabilities to educate and provide best practice recommendations to clients
  • The role will be responsible for innovation and leadership in developing and implementing initiatives that support client goals and objectives
  • Expected to be responsible for client onboarding activities including core connectivity and third-party integrations while facilitating interactions between clients and other MeridianLink departments
  • Implementation Analyst will manage internal and external stakeholder communications and expectations through the deployment cycle with a focus on driving project resources toward project completion while providing the highest level of proactive and responsive client service in response to and in anticipation of client questions and requests
  • Expected to adhere to project schedules and effectively ensure all project resources meet expected timelines and organize tasks to maximize productivity and utilization
  • The role will proactively identify issues and facilitate sensible resolutions before they become escalation items
