Job Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience leading or supporting full-lifecycle Yardi ERP implementation projects.
  • Proficiency in Yardi Voyager configuration for financial management and property operations.
  • Experience with Yardi Investment Management, PAYscan, and Procure to Pay modules.
  • Experience with technical data migration, data mapping, and third-party system integrations.
  • Experience with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and designing functional system workflows.
  • Experience with SQL reporting and Power BI to support real estate financial analytics.
  • Excellent communication skills for collaborating with business stakeholders and executive leadership.
Job Responsibilities
  • Lead the technical design and end-to-end implementation of the enterprise Yardi Voyager platform.
  • Configure Yardi security roles, business rules, and complex global financial structures.
  • Execute data cleansing and migration workstreams to transition records from legacy databases to Yardi.
  • Architect technical integrations between Yardi and external third-party software applications.
  • Orchestrate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and troubleshoot functional issues during deployment.
  • Build customized dashboards and financial reports utilizing native Yardi tools and SQL.
  • Deliver post-go-live hypercare and technical support to ensure successful organizational adoption.
