  • You get strong onboarding, continuous learning, and real career progression

Job Description

Why this role and why now?

Organizations worldwide are under pressure to get more value from their assets, faster. Ultimo is growing rapidly, both globally and in the US, to meet that demand, and that’s exactly why we’re looking for experienced Implementation Specialists who want to be at the heart of that transformation.

This is not a support or maintenance role. This is where strategy turns into execution, and where you see the impact of your work within months.

If you enjoy ownership, customer interaction, and delivering tangible results, this is your moment.

Your impact

As an Implementation Specialist at Ultimo, you help customers modernize their asset and maintenance operations using a best‑in‑class EAM platform. You work closely with customer stakeholders and internal experts to design, configure, and deliver solutions that actually get adopted.

You are trusted to lead, not just to execute.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Own end‑to‑end EAM implementations, from initial analysis through successful go‑live
  • You ensure that all aspects of the project are executed on time, within scope, and within budget, while maintaining high levels of client satisfaction
  • Lead workshops and guide customers toward best‑practice asset and maintenance processes
  • Translate business needs into a scalable, high‑performing Ultimo configuration
  • Configure workflows, structures, integrations, and reporting in the platform
  • Run multiple projects in parallel while keeping scope, quality, and timelines tight
  • Enable users through training and hands‑on support during adoption
  • Collaborate closely with consulting peers, product teams, and support
  • Help evolve Ultimo’s implementation approach by sharing insights and lessons learned
Qualifications

This role is a great fit if you:

  • Bring 3+ years of hands‑on experience implementing EAM / CMMS solutions (SAP PM, IBM Maximo, eMaint, HxGN EAM, Maintenance Connection, or similar)
  • Enjoy working in a consulting or project‑driven environment, closely collaborating with customers to turn requirements into working solutions
  • Have strong domain knowledge in maintenance, asset management, and reliability concepts
  • Like combining business understanding with technical configuration to deliver practical, scalable outcomes
  • Care deeply about operational excellence and continuously look for ways to simplify, optimize, and improve solutions and delivery
  • Have an affinity with AI and emerging technologies, and are curious about how AI‑driven optimization can enhance implementations, efficiency, and customer value over time
  • Communicate confidently and clearly with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Take ownership and act proactively, with a genuine commitment to customer success
