  • Ability to analyze a businessdomain (real or hypothetical) and documents its business, processes, orsystems, assessing the business model or its integration with technologywith distinct deliverables to a solution.
  • Ability to analyze thestakeholder's business needs using a variety of business analysistechniques and converting those into verified and validated functional andnon-functional requirements for development.
  • Creating and maintainingsoftware development artifacts for communication of requirements,including context diagrams, use cases, swim lane diagrams, report specifications,wireframes, user interface specifications, and non-functional requirementsspecifications.
  • Creating test plans andtest cases and working with users on User Acceptance Testing
  • Ability to managerequirements throughout the Requirements Management Lifecycle, includingthe creation and execution of a Requirements Management Plan, requirementstraceability, baselines, and requirements change control.
  • Ability to work closelywith application architects and development teams to ensure appropriatetechnologies are leveraged and solutions are supportable.
