Implementation Analyst

Through automation, data intelligence, and a borrower-first philosophy, we partner with investors and clients to deliver seamless, compliant, and scalable servicing solutions. As an Implementation Analyst, you will work directly with clients to configure RealINSIGHT to fit their unique portfolio and business processes. This means building Excel-based models, reports, dashboards, and data validation tools, managing the technical side of implementation from start to finish, and serving as a knowledgeable resource for clients as they learn to use the content you deliver. You will collaborate closely with a small, focused team and have real ownership over your work from day one.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Build complex reports, financial models, configuration, and analytic content.
  • Manage end-to-end implementation from a technical perspective.
  • Lead client meetings and participate as requested to explain topics.
  • Gather business requirements, document client workflows, and translate them into system configuration and deliverables.
  • Provide training for clients on use of delivered content items.
  • Provide feedback and solutions for the client to better support their business within the context of the software.
  • Review and understand client Excel models and reports.
  • Review and understand client-specific CRE business processes.
  • Analyze problems and propose solutions.
  • Demonstrate strong communication and team participation.
  • Exercise personal task and time management.

Required Skills/Abilities

  • Strong written and verbal communication; able to explain technical issues to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented problem-solver who can decompose ambiguous requests into concrete steps and solutions.
  • Comfortable in a startup-like environment on a small team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel user.
  • Data wrangling and quality analysis.
  • Report writing.
  • Ability to utilize AI for efficiency.

Education/Experience:

  • 4-year degree in Finance, Real Estate, or a related field.
  • 1+ years of Excel experience.
  • Internship experience in Finance/CRE preferred.
  • Understanding of commercial loans, real estate, structured financing, and budgeting preferred.

Primary Location Full Time Salary Range: $75,000-$85,000

The base salary range for this role is provided in accordance with local regulations, but salary represents just one component of the total compensation package. Additional elements such as bonuses, overtime, deferred cash (where applicable), benefits, perks, and company contributions to 401(k) plans-often result in total compensation significantly exceeding the base salary.
