What You'll Do
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and engineering teams to establish business requirements and create tracking solution designs that ensures our clickstream data collection aligns with business objectives and KPIs
  • Create and champion documentation and processes to ensure data accuracy and consistency across all digital touchpoints and platforms
  • Perform QA and data validation for new and existing tracking implementations on both web and mobile applications
  • Troubleshoot and resolve data discrepancies and tracking issues as they arise with stakeholders
  • Maintain governance of third party marketing technology deployed in tag manager
What You'll Bring
  • Proven experience implementing digital analytics tools with standard technologies (Amplitude, Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Segment, Google Tag Manager, etc), creating tracking specs, debugging digital analytics tracking on web and mobile app platforms, and establishing data governance processes.
  • Strong understanding of digital analytics principles, measurement frameworks, tag management systems, MarTech, product analytics, marketing analytics, experimentation and causal analysis, personalization, key performance metrics, and how data supports optimization in a digital customer journey
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, especially in diagnosing and resolving tracking and data quality issues in various environments (browser, data warehouse, analytics tool)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively work with cross-functional teams, document data governance concepts, and explain data governance processes to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Proficiency with JavaScript for digital analytics tracking implementation
  • Solid understanding of web development, browser developer tools, and mobile app debugging tools
  • Ability to query data (SQL) from data warehouse (Snowflake) and perform data quality checks
  • Experience using Python, R for data science or product analytics is a plus
  • Experience with web development or front end engineering is a plus
  • 5-6 years of relevant experience working in a digital analytics implementation role
  • Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Data Science, Information Systems, Computer Science, Economics, Marketing, or a related field
