The Opportunity
The Software Implementation Specialist will be responsible for supporting and implementing various Catalis' CMMS products. It includes working with the team to create project plans, overseeing timely implementation, and maintaining communication with clients for feedback and approval. The position also involves configuring software systems, collaborating with the Customer Success team to ensure client satisfaction, and keeping the project team informed of key deliverables and milestones.
This is an onsite position working at our Edmonton office Monday through Friday.
What you Will do
  • Meet with clients following the sale of our solutions to collect information required to deliver on cost, quality, and schedule to ensure we provide quick time to value
  • Working with our team to deliver on a project plan for each client, detailing the tasks that need to be completed for the timely configuring and provisioning of their solution
  • Communicating with clients throughout the solution implementation process to obtain feedback and approval
  • Learn, configure, and deploy software systems and all necessary components
  • Work closely with the Customer Success team to ensure we are creating "raving fans"
  • Ensuring that the project team is aware of key deliverables and project milestones

Requirements

  • Proven experience working as an Implementation Specialist
  • Spatial and non-spatial data handling and analysis experience
  • Sound technical knowledge
  • Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications and PostgreSQL database management systems
