Position: Full-Time Employee (FTE) - Green Card/Citizen/TN Permit/H1 Visa
Location: Minneapolis, MN 55401
Work Arrangement: Hybrid (3 days on-site / 2 days remote) - Local candidates only

Job Summary: We are seeking a Software Implementation Consultant with a strong background in retail and POS systems. The ideal candidate will have experience in software implementation, particularly with Oracle ERP and XStore. This role is client-facing and involves working on new projects or adding additional functionality to existing systems.
Responsibilities:
  • Lead and participate in the implementation of software solutions for clients, focusing on Oracle ERP and XStore.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their business needs and provide consulting services to enhance their operations.
  • Manage project timelines, deliverables, and client expectations.
  • Provide training and support to clients during and after the implementation process.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to provide innovative solutions to clients.

Qualifications:
  • Candidates with extensive Oracle Retail or heavy retail POS experience.
  • Proven experience in software implementation, particularly with Oracle ERP and XStore (highly preferred).
  • Strong background in retail and POS systems.
  • Excellent client-facing skills, with experience in a consulting role.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
