Job description

This role sits within the Office of Change Management (OCM), an internal consulting organization supporting enterprise transformation initiatives and promoting adoption of business and technology solutions through change readiness, user adoption, and training rollout programs. The role joins the program at a critical stage with training strategy and preparation for large-scale end-user readiness and deployment across the ERP implementation lifecycle.

Responsibilities:
  • Execute the ERP training strategy to enable our stakeholders to successfully transition to and adopt our new ERP system.
  • Oversee timely delivery and quality of training materials from our Implementation Partner Training Lead.
  • Lead training reviews and approvals with Workstream Leads and SMEs.
  • Lead the design, development, and delivery of ERP training material and programs supporting system implementation and user adoption.
  • Serve as a training subject matter expert and provide ongoing stakeholder support.
  • Engage stakeholders to address concerns and promote training program adoption across diverse functional teams.
  • Monitor and track training progress and adjust delivery plans as needed.
  • Mentor junior team members (OCM Interns) on training and delivery techniques.
  • Collaborate with other OCM team members to continuously improve training processes and learning delivery effectiveness.
  • Develop and administer training deployment plans, schedules, participation tracking, and reporting to ensure organizational readiness.
  • Support training sustainment activities to reinforce adoption and proficiency and ensure ongoing training sustainability.
  • Monitor training adoption trends and recommend continuous improvement strategies to support long-term ERP transformation success.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree, required.
  • 3-5 years of experience leading ERP or enterprise system training implementations, required.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and administering training programs supporting large-scale transformations, required.
  • In-depth experience planning and managing enterprise training rollouts and developing scalable ERP training solutions, required.
  • Strong facilitation skills with excellent written and verbal communications skills, required.
  • Advanced degree, preferred.
  • Association for Talent Development certification (APTD, CPTD), preferred.
  • Practical knowledge within higher education or state institutions, preferred.
  • Proven ability working with Learning Management Systems (LMS), preferred.
  • Experience designing and delivering training for large-scale transformations such as ERP implementations, preferred.
  • Project management experience, preferred.
  • Background supporting training sustainment and continuous improvement, preferred.
  • Proficiency measuring training effectiveness, adoption metrics, or learning outcomes, preferred.
