Snack Innovations Inc. is a fast-growing CPG company behind the Drizzilicious brand, sold across major retailers nationwide. As we scale, we are implementing Odoo as our core ERP platform to streamline inventory, order management, finance, and logistics operations.
Position Overview
We are seeking an ERP Implementation & Data Analyst to support and execute the rollout of Odoo while leveraging advanced Excel skills to manage, analyze, and validate critical business data. This role will serve as a key bridge between systems, data, and operationsensuring accurate implementation, clean data migration, and actionable reporting.
Key Responsibilities
  • Support and drive the implementation of Odoo ERP across business functions including inventory, sales, and operations
  • Act as the internal point of contact for Odoo-related activities, working closely with Odoos implementation team and internal stakeholders
  • Manage implementation timelines, tasks, and deliverables, ensuring clear tracking and communication to leadership
  • Prepare, clean, and validate data for ERP migration using Excel (including sorting, filtering, and structuring large datasets)
  • Utilize Excel tools such as pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and formulas to analyze ERP data and ensure accuracy
  • Build and maintain Excel reports to support operational visibility, data validation, and decision-making
  • Troubleshoot data discrepancies, system issues, and reporting inconsistencies between Excel and Odoo
  • Assist with system configuration, testing, and deployment to ensure alignment with business processes
  • Document workflows, system setups, and reporting structures for ongoing use and future enhancements
  • Will multitask working on side projects as well.
Qualifications
  • 13 years of experience in ERP systems, operations, data analysis, or project coordination
  • Hands-on experience with Odoo or similar ERP platforms preferred
  • Strong Excel skills required, including pivot tables, data sorting/filtering, and lookup functions
  • Ability to manage large datasets and ensure high levels of data accuracy
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally
Preferred
  • Experience in CPG, manufacturing, or distribution environments
  • Exposure to ERP data migration or system implementation projects
  • Experience creating Excel-based reports or dashboards for business insights
