Implementation Coordinator

About the Opportunity

JFR Staffing is partnering with a growing technology company seeking an Implementation Coordinator to join its Operations team. This individual will support customer onboarding, data processing, digital mapping initiatives, and implementation projects.

This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented, tech-savvy professional looking to build a career in SaaS operations, implementation, customer success, project coordination, or technology services.

Position Summary

The Implementation Coordinator will assist with processing client-provided information, creating and maintaining digital maps, supporting implementation projects, and ensuring data accuracy throughout the onboarding process. The ideal candidate is organized, analytical, and comfortable working with both technology and clients in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process, validate, and maintain client-provided floorplan and location data.

  • Create and manage digital maps, geofencing zones, and related datasets.

  • Organize and maintain sensitive client information while ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.

  • Collaborate with internal Operations and Implementation teams to meet project deadlines and client deliverables.

  • Communicate professionally with clients to gather project requirements and provide status updates.

  • Support onboarding and implementation activities for new customers.

  • Maintain high levels of accuracy and attention to detail across multiple concurrent projects.

  • Assist with occasional on-site client support or data collection efforts as needed.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in an office, administrative, technical, or project support environment (internships considered).

  • Experience with Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel.

  • Familiarity with collaboration and project management tools such as Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Slack, or Monday.com.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

  • Ability to learn new technologies, processes, and systems quickly.

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Interest in mapping technologies, GIS, SaaS platforms, implementation services, or technology operations.

  • Experience with client onboarding, data entry, or project coordination.
