The Implementation Coordinator primarily acts as the project manager and main point of contact for new users as they adopt our Curve Hero Dental Practice Management Software. The Implementation Coordinator is the primary liaison between the client and our internal team (data services, training, and support) and will drive the delivery of our client engagements according to the agreed upon scope, time and budget-all while ensuring the highest degree of customer satisfaction.
The Implementation Coordinator will manage multiple concurrent projects and will work with a number of resources, both internal and external. From the initiation of a client implementation through to completion, the Implementation Coordinator will be responsible to complete a new client.
Responsibilities:
  • Develop a thorough understanding of client business requirements, and plan implementation projects with these needs in mind.
  • Set and manage Client expectations, and clearly communicate Hero Implementation Project Plan, key deliverables and timelines, and Client roles and responsibilities.
  • Manage, track and communicate the progress of several concurrent client implementation projects.
  • Coordinate client training, data conversion, and general set-up requirements. Communicate between internal teams what the needs and expectations are for the Client.
  • Ensure timely resolution of discrepancies and implementation project roadblocks.
  • Acquire signoff of key deliverables from Clients as required, such as Preliminary and Final Data Review Forms.
  • Meeting company standards pertaining to quantity and quality of work performed on an ongoing basis, performing all work related tasks in a manner that is in compliance with all Company policies and procedures.
  • Adhering to Company policies, procedures, and directives regarding standards of workplace behavior in completing job duties and assignments.

Qualifications:
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Proven experience in Project/Implementation Management, specifically leading change related to enterprise software solutions
  • An understanding of common industry standard business practices as related to the dental or medical professions
  • Experience with software in a SaaS environment is an asset
  • Experience with JIRA, Netsuite, Windows (XP or higher) and Mac OS (10.4 or higher) is an asset
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, particularly phone and email correspondence
  • Basic knowledge of computer hardware, database structure and network troubleshooting

Preferred Experience:
  • Strong working knowledge of Windows (7 or higher) and Mac OS (10.4 or higher)
  • Working knowledge of Internet technologies and usage
  • Basic knowledge of computer hardware, database structure and network troubleshooting
