Job description

Founded in 2008,Locumsmartprovides web-based software-as-a-service solutions to the healthcare recruitment industry. TheLocumsmartweb-portal provides workflow automation, vendor management (VMS), and managed services provider (MSP) software for lowering costs, and increasing the efficiency of recruitment. Our clients include some of the largest hospital systems and staffing firms in the country.

Locumsmart's Implementation Specialist will perform a variety of tasks related to the implementation activity of Locumsmart's clients. You will be expected to develop relationships with Locumsmart's Users and Health Care Organization (HCO) Leaders. You will need to demonstrate efficiency with the implementation tasks that are assigned to you by your direct report, the Implementation Manager.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in gathering and analyzing client requirements and data.
  • Manage Implementation inbox.
  • Assist with data migration tasks and testing activities under supervision.
  • Provide support during the pre-implementation, go-live and post-implementation phases.
  • Assist with documentation, demos, training, and user guides.
  • Communicate directly with client stakeholders to provide updates and gather information throughout the implementation lifecycle.
  • Identify and escalate risks or roadblocks to the Implementation Manager in a timely manner.
  • Develop working knowledge of the Locumsmart platform to support client and internal requests.

Qualifications

  • Basic understanding of healthcare operations and/or vendor management.
  • Ability to learn new software quickly.
  • Basic project management skills.
  • Proficiency in Google suite (ex. Google Docs) and Microsoft Office Suite (ex. Excel & Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize multiple tasks.

Education & Years of Experience:

  • Will consider an associate degree with 1+ years of relevant experience.
  • Will consider a high school diploma with 2+ years of relevant experience

For this position, we offer a pay range of $52,700 -- $102,000 annually, with pay varying depending on work location and job-related factors such as knowledge, position level and experience.
