Job description

Scope of Responsibilities:  Provide guidance and insight during the building of new benefits, while providing top level service to ProAct clients. Work under direct supervision and follows standard procedures to accomplish assigned tasks.

 

Job Summary: Facilitate and implement the setup and support of new ProAct client benefits for all aspects of customer service, account management, and quality assurance. Act as an internal resource for other departments for maintaining integrity of benefit designs.


   Job Duties:

  • Document, manage, and execute benefit designs for new ProAct business in all appropriate systems.
  • Assist in processing and implementing benefit changes and/or updates for existing ProAct business in all appropriate systems.
  • Assist in performing quality assurance audits on a regular basis to measure client satisfaction.
  • Maintain client information integrity within all appropriate systems.
  • Assist Custom Service Representatives and Account Resources in the resolution of customer service issues, requiring additional support, to ensure complete client satisfaction.
  • Coordinate, maintain, and manage the distribution of member mailings and welcome materials.
  • Interface with various external business partners, as needed, for benefit/program development and problem resolution.
  • Responsible for completing all mandatory and regulatory training programs.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Education:

  • Required: Minimum High School Diploma or GED
  • Preferred: AS Degree or Higher in Business Administration, Marketing or related field

 

Experience:

  • Preferred: 2 Years experience with Health Care, Insurance, or related field

 

Special Conditions of Employment:

  • Drug test
  • Initial and continuous exclusion and sanction/disciplinary monitoring
  • Any and all additional eligibility requirements based on the specific position

Compensation

$18.00-19.00 per hour.

The final offer will be determined after careful consideration of multiple factors such as relevant skills, years of experience, and education.
