Resident must be flexible in working during the weekends and holidays when customer requires.

  • Strong Customer communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to work well within an onsite team in a dynamic environment
  • Flexible schedule, including ability to support after hours and/or weekend schedules

Must be a US Citizen or have a Green Card

Resource needs to be comfortable on the HW repair side. As some of the role may be providing OSE/FSE support, they need to be experienced having their hands inside the server, replacing parts. They need to have enough experience, where they are confident in their skills to support and add new skills as needed. Prior Dell FSE experience a plus.

  • Perform troubleshooting, log collection, and follow vendor-recommended resolutions
  • Support firmware upgrades and hardware break/fix activities
  • Handle parts replacement and hardware deployment
  • Perform OS installation, GPU configuration, and any testing
  • Conduct system testing and validation to ensure operational readiness
  • Handle random or urgent issues as they arise, serving as flexible escalation and coordination point.
