Job description

Tired of fixing problems after the fact?

Some implementation roles are little more than chasing paperwork, updating systems, and putting out fires after someone else has already made the change.

That's not what this role is about.

At Wisenbaker Builder Services, the Implementation Coordinator sits at the center of the customer onboarding process - making sure the details are right, the right people are involved, and changes to a customer's program don't create problems for another department down the road.

You'll work closely with branch leadership, Account Managers, and other Wisenbaker teams to turn customer requirements into a clear, organized implementation process. Your ability to understand how one change affects the bigger picture is what makes this position valuable.

Your Mission

Your mission is simple: help make every new customer implementation smooth, accurate, and on schedule - without sacrificing quality.

You'll help connect the dots between customers and Wisenbaker teams, keep implementation details moving, and make sure customer programs are accurately reflected in the systems and documentation our teams rely on.

Success means fewer surprises, cleaner handoffs, accurate information, and customers who feel confident that Wisenbaker understands what they need.

What You'll Do

  • Facilitate implementation meetings with branch management and key Wisenbaker stakeholders.

  • Serve as a primary liaison between Wisenbaker teams and new customers during implementation.

  • Keep implementation activities accurate, complete, and on schedule.

  • Understand project scope, including timelines, financial considerations, and expected outcomes.

  • Review changes to existing customer programs and ensure they remain within scope and are properly documented.

  • Maintain customer information, comments, visuals, installation cheat sheets, communities, and plans within Echelon.

  • Create pricing and estimating issues in Echelon and communicate important changes to the appropriate teams.

  • Identify potential downstream impacts before changes are authorized.

  • Support other administrative and implementation projects as needed.

What You Need

We're looking for someone who understands that details matter - and that a change in one department can have an impact across the entire business.

You'll need:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Strong computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

  • Excellent attention to detail and follow-through.

  • Strong communication and presentation skills.

  • The ability to analyze problems, understand their impact, and find practical solutions.

  • A strong work ethic and the ability to handle challenging situations professionally.

  • Previous Wisenbaker experience is strongly preferred, particularly experience in roles such as Customer Relations Specialist, Account Manager, Field Area Manager, Biller, or Estimating Operations.

Why Wisenbaker?

This is an opportunity to move beyond simply completing tasks and become someone who helps make the entire implementation process work better.

You'll have visibility across different parts of the business, work directly with branch teams and customers, and play an important role in making sure what we promise customers is actually carried through accurately and efficiently.

If you're someone who naturally catches the detail others miss, asks "what happens next?", and likes solving problems before they become bigger problems, we'd like to meet you.

Apply today and let's talk about whether Wisenbaker is the right next step for you.
