Job Summary
Provide a positive dining experience to our guests. The Service Manager’s duties will include maintaining effective operations, providing high quality food and cleanliness standards, engaging in and overseeing member training and development, and ensuring guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth and efficient service
  • Manage and train a team of restaurant front of house staff
  • Proficient in operations in all positions in front of house
  • Meet restaurant financial and budget objectives
  • Monitor inventory levels and implement effective inventory control procedures
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and food handling guidelines
  • Utilize POS systems, Toast POS, to process orders and payments
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
  • Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment
  • Maintain guest satisfaction by monitoring and evaluating service
  • Accomplishes restaurant human resources objectives by hiring and training

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in hospitality or food service management
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively supervise a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of inventory control procedures and best practices
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
