Sales Development Representative (Restaurant Technology)

About the Role:
As a Sales Development Representative, you will own the full sales cycle from prospecting and outbound outreach to closing, and then transition customers into early success. You will use a consultative approach to introduce restaurants to eatOS and related SaaS products while building strong relationships with restaurant owners and decision-makers. This role is ideal for someone who is self-starter goal-oriented, organized, resilient, and excited to grow into a leadership role.

Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Prospecting:
  • Own and manage a pipeline of prospective clients using CRM tools.
  • Conduct a high volume of outbound sales calls and in-person prospecting.
  • Educate prospects on eatOS and related SaaS offerings.
  • Adapt product recommendations to meet individual client needs.
  • Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales targets.

Customer Success Representative:
  • Manage post-sale customer onboarding for new clients.
  • Guide early-stage customers through product implementation and adoption.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities based on customer needs.
  • Maintain ongoing relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Gather customer feedback and communicate product improvement requests to product team.
  • Support customer success metrics and ensure positive outcomes during first 60 days.

Requirements:
  • Sales experience with cold calling and local businesses canvassing preferred.
  • General computer and email proficiency.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.
  • Strong conversational skills with the ability to demonstrate empathy and value.
  • Self-motivated, creative, and flexible under pressure.
  • Strong phone presence and communication skills.
