An Implementation Coordinator is responsible for overseeing and managing the process of introducing new systems, products, or services within an organization. They work closely with clients, project teams, and stakeholders to ensure smooth and efficient onboarding, training, and integration. Their duties often include creating project plans, tracking progress, troubleshooting issues, and communicating updates to all parties involved. The goal is to ensure that the implementation process meets company standards and client expectations while staying on schedule and within budget.

  • Experience with infrastructure deployment, systems installation, or similarly complex operational environments involving tightly coupled dependencies and execution constraints is required
  • Understand a complex collection of interdependent activities and constraints.
  • Develop and maintain integrated deployment plans that define how activities, dependencies, resources, and operational constraints fit together across the deployment.
  • Analyze changes and determine downstream impacts to deployment sequencing, resource needs, dependencies, and operational execution.
  • Work through ambiguous problems and develop solutions and mitigations.
  • Coordinate resources and activities across multiple stakeholders and operational domains.
  • Translate detailed operational information into actionable plans that support management decisions.
  • Operate independently and proactively in a fast-moving implementation environment.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification required.

  • P6 or MS Project experience preferred.
