About the Role

This is a revenue-generating role responsible for converting homeowner inquiries into qualified appointments for our sales team.

You'll be the first impression of Valor Home. Every call, text, and email is an opportunity to earn a homeowner's trust and help grow the business.

Success is measured by results.

Compensation consists of base hourly pay of $17.50 to $22.50 per hour (based on experience) plus commission on revenue derived from the appointments that you set.

What You'll Be Responsible For

  • Respond to all inbound homeowner inquiries quickly and professionally.

  • Follow up persistently using phone, text, email, and CRM workflows.
  • Build trust with homeowners and create an outstanding first impression.
  • Manage every lead inside Improveit360 and Hatch.
  • Execute consistent follow-up until every opportunity has been fully worked.
  • Coordinate schedules with the sales team.
  • Re-engage older leads and maximize every marketing opportunity.

What Success Looks Like

We're looking for someone who is competitive, disciplined, and driven by measurable results.

Performance is measured by:

  • Lead-to-Appointment Conversion (Goal: 55%+)
  • Speed-to-Lead
  • Contact Rate
  • Follow-Up Compliance
  • CRM Accuracy
  • Appointment Confirmation Rate
  • Customer Satisfaction

What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate demonstrates:

  • Self-discipline and personal accountability
  • Strong communication skills
  • Confidence on the phone
  • Excellent organization and follow-through
  • Ability to perform under pressure
  • Competitive mindset
  • Attention to detail
  • Desire to continuously improve

Military service, law enforcement, first responder, or other mission-driven leadership experience is highly valued but not required. Veterans are strongly encouraged to apply.
