Mosaic is Alpine’s newest platform in the Home Service market. This is a unique opportunity to play a foundation role in helping build the sales function of a company with a clear mandate to scale to over $500 million in revenue within the next five years. Mosaic Service Partners aims to be the market-leading business in its specific vertical, building on Alpine’s existing success elsewhere in residential services. The goal is to drive growth at operating companies by providing support resources across talent, sales and marketing, finance, integration, etc., while empowering local leaders to make the right decisions for their business and people.

Opportunity Overview

The System Implementation Lead will lead the end-to-end implementation of technology across newly acquired businesses. This role is central to streamlining post-acquisition technology integration, managing implementations across partner companies, and building a scalable, repeatable playbook for future acquisitions. This high-impact role offers significant visibility with the leadership team internally at Mosaic and at the operating companies and will be instrumental in driving operational efficiency across the business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the full lifecycle of technology integration across acquired companies, including planning, implementation, and optimization.
  • Manage tech stack integrations across existing companies and newly acquired ones.
  • Build a scalable and standardized technology integration playbook to support future M&A activity.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with M&A, operations, finance, and technology teams to align tech implementations with business needs.
  • Provide structured project management to ensure timely and successful technology rollouts.
  • Serve as the technology integration point person for leadership, with regular updates to the executive team and board.
  • Drive adoption and optimization of tools such as ServiceTitan and Sage Intacct (experience preferred but not required).
Ideal Candidate
  • Acquisitive Tech Integration Experience: At least 3 years of experience implementing technology in highly acquisitive, private equity-backed environments, with a strong emphasis on standardization and change management.
  • Field Services Fluency: 3 years of experience implementing technology in field services environments with stakeholders who have diverse technological backgrounds.
  • Commercial Orientation: Fluency with financial and operational metrics, with the ability to step out of technical weeds.
  • Structured Problem-Solver & Communicator.
  • Exceptional project management and organizational capabilities.
  • Humble leadership style with a growth mindset.
  • Able to create clarity and structure in ambiguous environments.
Industry Experience (Preferred)
  • Experience in commercial field services (e.g., HVAC, roofing, pest control, restoration, fire & life safety, etc.) or similar operationally intensive, multi-site service businesses is preferred.
Travel and Location
  • Our office is on the East Coast (Washington, DC area). Candidates must be located on the East Coast.
  • This position requires significant travel up to 50% of the time.
