ABOUT THE ROLE
As the Senior Implementation Analyst, you will play a key role in onboarding new bank partners and managing implementation projects from kickoff through launch. You will coordinate across internal teams including product, engineering, and legal, and external bank stakeholders to ensure our solutions are implemented accurately and efficiently.

This role is critical to setting new bank partners up for long-term success. It is highly execution-focused, requiring strong project management, attention to detail, and the ability to translate business, technical, and regulatory requirements into practical implementation plans.

AT EXTEND, YOU’LL:

Bank Onboarding & Partner Launch
  • Lead end-to-end onboarding and implementation of new bank partners from kickoff through go-live and ongoing support handoff
  • Serve as primary point of contact across bank partners to understand workflows, requirements, and support adoption
  • Develop and manage onboarding plans, timelines, and key milestones across internal teams and stakeholders
  • Gather and document business, technical, and regulatory requirements to inform implementation approach
  • Establish servicing procedures, escalation matrices, and operational process flows in partnership with bank servicing and operations teams
  • Facilitate onboarding sessions, product training, and knowledge transfer to bank teams
  • Identify risks or gaps early and escalate or propose solutions to ensure smooth launches
  • Ensure a smooth transition from implementation to ongoing support
Implementation & Technical Project Management
  • Lead implementation of product features and enhancements for new and existing bank partners
  • Serve as primary coordinator across Product, Engineering, Operations, and partner teams throughout the implementation lifecycle
  • Coordinate user acceptance testing, internal validation, defect tracking, and issue remediation to support launch readiness
  • Ensure systems and workflows are configured to support bank-specific use cases

Legal, Compliance & Vendor Coordination

  • Partner with legal, compliance, and security teams to ensure onboarding requirements are met
  • Coordinate vendor onboarding processes, including documentation, due diligence, and internal approvals
  • Track onboarding status across stakeholders and ensure timely completion of requirements
  • Support internal and external audits by preparing documentation and responding to information requests
  • Maintain organized records of onboarding, compliance, and audit-related materials
Analysis & Continuous Improvement
  • Track key metrics related to onboarding success, product adoption, and partner performance
  • Analyze onboarding and implementation outcomes to identify trends and improvement opportunities
  • Provide structured implementation feedback to Product and Engineering based on partner needs and launch learnings
  • Contribute to improving onboarding processes, documentation, and internal workflows

THE CANDIDATE 

Required Experience & Skills

  • 4+ years of experience in implementation, project management, operations, consulting, or a client-facing role in a SaaS, fintech, or technology environment
  • Experience supporting client onboarding, implementations, or cross-functional projects
  • Exposure to working with external clients or partners and managing deliverables across multiple stakeholders
  • Demonstrated experience using AI tools to accelerate analysis, improve workflow efficiency, or enhance insight generation.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with teams such as product, engineering, or legal is a plus
  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams, track timelines, and drive tasks to completion with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to gather, document, and translate business, technical, and regulatory requirements into clear plans
  • Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
