Job Title:- Manhattan Active WMS Configuration / Implementation Analyst
Location:- Kearny, NJ (Hybrid)
Duration:- Contract to hire
Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the implementation and configuration of Manhattan Active Warehouse Management (MAWM).
  • Configure and administer WMS functionality based on warehouse and business requirements.
  • Support master file/master data maintenance, customer setup, warehouse configuration, locations, users, roles, permissions, and system parameters.
  • Partner directly with warehouse operations and business stakeholders to translate operational requirements into WMS configurations.
  • Support integrations between Manhattan WMS and ERP, EDI, TMS, WCS, RF, automation, and other warehouse systems.
  • Participate in requirements gathering, system testing, UAT, deployment, go-live, and post-go-live support.
  • Troubleshoot functional WMS and integration issues and coordinate resolution with internal IT, operations, vendors, and Manhattan resources.
  • Support ongoing system administration, enhancements, configuration changes, and day-to-day warehouse operations.
  • Utilize SQL/reporting skills for troubleshooting, validation, and operational support where needed.
  • Develop documentation and work directly with warehouse users and management to improve system utilization and operational processes.

Required Experience

  • Hands-on Manhattan Active Warehouse Management / Manhattan Active WMS / MAWM experience strongly preferred.
  • Candidates with strong hands-on Manhattan SCALE experience will also be considered.
  • Strong WMS configuration, administration, implementation, and/or functional support experience.
  • Experience with master data/master files, customer setup, warehouse setup/configuration, and user administration.
  • Experience supporting WMS integrations and troubleshooting interface issues.
  • Experience participating in testing, UAT, implementation, deployment, and go-live activities.
  • Strong understanding of warehouse, distribution, fulfillment, and/or 3PL operations.
  • Ability to work directly with warehouse users, operations teams, IT, and management.
  • Must be capable of contributing independently with minimal ramp-up.

Preferred Experience

  • Previous Manhattan Active implementation or migration experience.
  • Experience transitioning from Manhattan SCALE to Manhattan Active.
  • Experience supporting multi-client 3PL/distribution environments.
  • ERP, EDI, TMS, WCS, RF, and warehouse automation integration experience.
  • SQL and reporting experience.
  • Experience supporting receiving, inventory, picking, packing, shipping, fulfillment, and other core warehouse processes.
