POSITION SUMMARY
The Administrative Assistant role is responsible for supporting the leadership team in the community, specifically the Business Office, Human Resources, Resident Wellness/transition departments with functions such as communication with residents, families, and employees, resident billing, employee onboarding, employee Compliance, and various Administrative duties as assigned by the leadership team. This role also supports the front desk concierge team and works with multiple leaders to ensure the overall service excellence of the community.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in senior living, be adaptable to changing priorities, and have a determination to provide excellent service to Residents and Staff. If you do not have any Senior living experience we can substitute that for Executive Assistant, Project Coordinator, and Healthcare Administrative experience. We are seeking a candidate that wants to learn more about Senior living and grow with a community that is expanding its services and care in the near future!
Requirements
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Assist Business Office Director with administrative responsibilities.
  • Assist Human Resources Director with administrative responsibilities
  • Assist Resident Lifestyle Director with administrative responsibilities
  • Assist Assistant Executive Director with administrative responsibilities
  • Assist in residents' contract documentation and filing.
  • Assist in staffing the concierge desk.
  • Regular support with filing and data entry.
  • Ordering office supplies and monitoring inventory of stock.
  • Assist in managing all resident and employee files.
  • Maintain all pet records for the community and ensure they are compliant with all state requirements.
  • Assist in month-end resident statement distribution.
  • Participates in all Administrative and Operational projects
  • Adheres to all policies and procedures of Cogir Senior Living.
  • Other responsibilities and duties as assigned.

Salary Description
21.00 to $24.00 an hour
